Collaborative R&D Project Lead - Warwick

Are you experienced in managing cross-functional R&D projects and passionate about driving innovation within a collaborative environment?

Our client in Warwick is seeking a Contract Collaborative R&D Project Lead to support their strategic research initiatives, particularly within government funded projects like Innovate UK and EU programs.

This fixed-term role offers a unique opportunity to coordinate multiple projects, engaging with industry and academic partners, leveraging funding to accelerate R&D initiatives. You will bring your expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and industry-academic collaboration, supporting the development and delivery of cutting-edge automotive research.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in engineering, proficient use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and enterprise systems like SAP, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. Confidence in handling confidential information and experience with public funding projects are highly valued.

This role is based at the esteemed National Automotive Innovation Centre at the University of Warwick, with flexible hybrid working options and parking included. Some travel to JLR sites may be required.
