This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in Facilities Development and Construction Engineering. The successful candidate will possess advanced skills in facilities planning, project management, and health and safety compliance. An engineering degree and familiarity with relevant tools and standards such as PMP or HVAC will enhance your application.
Offered for a 1-year term with the potential for extension, this position comes with a competitive rate of £29.07 per hour (Umbrella) Inside IR35.
