The successful candidate should have knowledge and experience in;
This role is at the cutting edge of next-generation automated manufacturing in Automotive and you will need to assist in developing multiple programs for automated assembly applications, particularly in respect of new product introduction.
- Experience within manufacturing sectors.
- Spend time off-site with relevant suppliers to support programs (for example new launches)
- Robot programming and all troubleshooting.
- External Axis configuration and frame setup.
- EoAT configuration and load data setup.
- Interrupt/Trap program setups.
- Multitasking/parallel jobs/BG logic setup.
- Ladder program M ladder/Kladder/ladder- III setup and programming.
- Program/frame offsets, Error handler, use of Special instructions.
- Vision system.
- All communication setups.
- Understanding of robot control interface with ancillary equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve control issues and/or respond to problems.
- Manage, maintain, and configure all software relating to PLC, Robotics, DC Tooling, Welders, etc.
- Software expertise – Robot Studio, Motionpro, Dynacal etc.
- Assess the quality of the product against standard.
- Back up and maintenance of programs.
- Generation of TPM.
