OUR CLIENT is an established engineering and manufacturing company providing innovative heat transfer enhancement solutions to a variety of industries worldwide. Based in Alcester they are currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Sales Engineer.
Competitive salary offered dependent upon experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drive global sales initiatives.
- Develop new client relationships while fostering long-term partnerships.
- Conduct presentations and oversee sales strategy execution.
- Work closely with engineering and marketing support teams for seamless collaboration.
- Attend industry events and meeting and manage CRM data meticulously.
- Analyse and present sales metrics
- Obtain feedback from completed projects against agreed criteria.
The Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Sales or business development background, ideally in engineering or industrial sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for fostering client relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker adept at crafting and executing sales strategies.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings and industry events.
