Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP HCM migration project, including data migration, configuration, and integration with ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition of HR data and processes.
- Provide expertise in Belgium and UK labor laws to ensure compliance in all HR activities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of payroll and time management processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement solutions to streamline and enhance HR operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP HCM and ServiceNow, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in SAP HCM with experience in data migration and configuration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow with the ability to integrate it with SAP HCM.
- In-depth knowledge of Belgium and UK labor laws, payroll, and time management.
- Experience in optimizing HR processes and implementing best practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Relevant certifications in SAP HCM and ServiceNow will be a plus.

This position is available in Belgium and the UK, with remote working options available.
