Job Title: Scrum Master with Automotive Experience
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with Automotive experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile methodologies and practices, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful integration of products within the Automotive domain. The Scrum Master will work closely with the Product Owner and team members to ensure successful delivery of high-quality projects with integrated systems within the Automotive domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum and Kanban
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Identify and remove obstacles that impede team progress and escalate issues as needed
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and encouraging experimentation
- Monitor team performance and metrics, and report progress to stakeholders
- Ensure team adherence to Agile principles, standards, and best practices
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Agile methodology and industry trends, and share knowledge with the team
- Apply Automotive industry knowledge to enhance product development and delivery
- Collaborate with the Automotive domain experts to ensure timely and successful product development
- Communicate technical and non-technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful integration of systems and products within the Automotive domain
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts across projects
- Continuously improve processes to enhance product delivery within the Automotive domain
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile environments, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
- Experience working in the Automotive industry
- Ability to work with Automotive domain experts to enhance product development and delivery
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience with Agile tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
