Suspension Engineer - Gaydon

PDSL is proud to partner with a leading automotive client seeking a dedicated Suspension Engineer for a fixed-term role until March 2026. 

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in suspension design, development, and vehicle dynamics within the automotive or OEM sector. You will apply engineering principles to research and develop advanced suspension systems, working within R&D environments to refine chassis systems, damping, and ride quality.

You’ll manage projects independently, contribute to product development, and provide mentorship to peers, delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. An ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical or systems engineering, with proven expertise in suspension development and vehicle dynamics.
