Systems Engineer (General)

Overview:
As a General Systems Engineer, you’ll work across various vehicle features, supporting the end-to-end development of systems from requirements to delivery. This role requires a broad understanding of feature integration, systems thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, refine, and manage system-level requirements.
  • Support design, integration, and validation activities across different feature areas.
  • Liaise with multiple engineering domains to ensure cohesive system behaviour.
  • Participate in design reviews and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and OEM-specific standards.

Requirements:

  • Versatile background in systems engineering.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of systems lifecycle and development models (V-model, Agile, etc.)..
 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Versatile engineering background with solid systems knowledge.
  • Strong communicator with stakeholder management experience.
  • Capable of requirement definition, feature integration, and systems validation.
  • Adaptable to working across multiple engineering domains.
